This brush is made from traditional finest quality squirrel and has longer hair and a finer point. A soft and generally dark coloured hair particularity suitable for watercolour as it carries a lot of water. A cheaper alternative to sable, the Alvaro 117 is one of our best examples of wire bound squirrel. The handle is of longer length for that essential balance.
